What is the Nextegron Platform?
The Nextegron Platform is a software platform that connects the workflow from opportunity to project delivery — opportunities, design studios and drawings, products and BOMs, quotations, digital client acceptance, and project management with tasks, events, resources and a calendar. It is built around the real workflow we work in every day as a design and engineering services company.
Do I need Nextegron’s services to use the Platform?
No. You can use the Platform to run your own workflow, use our professional services when you need expertise, or use both together. The two are designed to connect, but neither requires the other.
What does the AI do in the Platform?
AI assists the professional — it does not replace them. The Platform can suggest products and BOMs, and assist with design and drawing workflows, so you get from opportunity to a reviewable design faster. You stay in control of what is accepted.
How do quotations connect to the design and BOM?
Quotations are linked to Studios and BOMs, so the design and product data you already created feeds the proposal — pricing, discounts and taxes included — rather than being re-typed into a separate document. The BOM can be managed directly inside the quote editor.
Can clients accept quotations digitally?
Yes. You send the quotation, your client reviews the proposal and accepts it digitally with a signature, and you can track its status. Accepted opportunities then move toward project execution.
What happens after a quote is accepted?
The work continues in the same platform. Accepted work becomes a project with tasks, events, resources, assignments, documents and progress tracking, plus a calendar for schedules.
How is the Platform priced?
The Platform has four plans: Basic at $69 per user per month, Annual at $599 per user per year, Enterprise at $2,500 per year for up to 5 users, and Custom pricing if you need additional users, integrations or custom workflows. See the Pricing page for details.
